Taste: fresh and fruity taste, balanced between the softness of the alcohol and the composure of tannin supplied by the presence of Teroldego.
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28°C (82°F) for 7 days.
Aging: after the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
