The rich color is a bright and substantial garnet red. Immediately the scents are reminiscent of wild berries, violets, cherries, with notes of thyme and marjoram, all wrapped in a mix of carob, licorice, sandalwood with a nuanced measure of oak. The intense and complex bouquet does not contradict the soft and fresh taste, which is backed by a touch of light tannic and a mineral finish. Enduring and persistent. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak barrels for an average of 18 months. 100% Sangiovese grapes.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: bright and substantial garnet red.
Aroma: reminiscent of wild berries, violets, cherries, with notes of thyme and marjoram, all wrapped in a mix of carob, licorice, sandalwood with a nuanced measure of oak.
Taste: full body wine with soft and fresh sip, good tannis texture with mineral finish. Enduring and persistent.

Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 28°C (82°F) for 7 days
Aging: after the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 18 months in Franch oak barrels medium tosted.
