Taste: this mineral dominant Vermentino sings of its coastal origins with a palate of iodine and minerality, running at the end with a pleasant almond flavour.
Fermentation: in stainless steel tanks at 18°C (64.4°F) for 7 days.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
